机械设备维修系统的网站建设

摘  要：
当设备出现异常、诊断故障及估计剩余生命时,首先要找出重点故障部位、性质、机理以及发展趋势,只有知道了这些,才能防止盲目拆卸,准确预测其剩余生命和残值,本文提出采用FMECA方法进行失效事故的排查,抓住主要矛盾,为维修与更新决策提供依据。同时,使用年总费用法权衡不同更新方案的费用,从中选择最合理的更新方法。最后,以网站形式作为维修决策系统的操作平台,方便快捷。

摘  要：
When Facility turns up abnormality,diagnoses fault,maintains system and estimates remained life,facility should be found component,mechanism,character and development trend firstly.They can prevent aimless disassemble and predict the remained life and residual value.This paper adopts FMECA method to eliminate and check fault,catches substantive fault,and then provides basis for maintenance and replacement decision.At the same time,this paper decides the most rational replacement method from two kinds of methods by using sum of every year cost.At last the facility maintenance system is showed by web.
