微生物菌剂包膜无机肥料的制备

摘  要:
以枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌为原料配制复合菌剂,再将复合菌剂喷涂包裹在无机肥料颗粒表面制备微生物菌剂包膜无机肥料。考察微生物菌剂包膜肥料微生物菌种的活性及其随时间的变化,并对微生物菌剂包膜肥料进行农化效果验证。结果表明,此工艺得到的微生物菌剂包膜无机肥料存放170 d后,微生物菌剂包膜的复合肥料有效菌落数仍然维持1×10~6CFU/g以上。农化效果试验表明,微生物菌剂包膜的复合肥料具有明显的增产提质作用。

摘  要:
Bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and bacillus pumilus are used as raw materials to prepare composite microbial agent, and then the composite microbial agent is sprayed on the surface of inorganic fertilizer particles to prepare microbial agent-coated fertilizers. The activity of microbial strains in microbial agent-coated fertilizers and their changes over time are discussed, and the agrochemical effects of microbial agent-coated fertilizers are verified. The results show that after 170 days, the effective bacterial count of microbial agent-coated compound fertilizer maintains above 1 × 10~6 CFU per gram.Agrochemical effect tests show that microbial agent-coated compound fertilizers have obvious effect on yield increase and quality improvement.
