高等教育大众化,必然形成高等教育大系统多样化的新格局,在这种背景下,高等教育传统的教育教学理念必须转变,人才观和质量观必须在新的环境下进行调整,对少数优质高等教育和一般普通高等教育、高等职业教育、成人高等教育、高等教育自学考试、远程高等教育等,必须区别各自不同特性,树立多样化的人才质量观,构筑多样化的质量标准与评价体系,以引导我国高等教育稳步、健康地走向大众化。

摘  要：
The popularization of higher education will inevitably create a new scenario of the diversity of higher educational system. Against this background, it is necessary that the traditional concept of higher education, talent and quality be changed and adjusted to the new situation. For the sake of steady and healthy popularization of China's higher education, diversified criteria for the assessment of quality of talent should be set up to measure different types of higher education-elite higher education, ordinary higher education, vocational higher education, adult higher education, self-taught higher educational examination, and distant higher education. 
