金属带式无级变速器关键部件的试验模态研究

摘  要:
以金属带式无级变速传动装置的关键部件为研究对象 ,以试验模态分析技术为研究手段 ,克服了有限元分析中难以正确确定子系统边界条件的难点 ,用逆向的方法研究了该子系统的固有动态特性 ,识别了前 5阶的固有频率、阻尼比和振型特征 ,得出子系统的固有振型主要表现为向外张 (径向变形 )和扭曲 (轴向变形 )两种形式的结论 ,提出了降低关键部件振动噪声的措施

摘  要:
In this paper, the key parts (metal blocks and metal rings) of a metal pushing belt type continuously variable transmission system were taken as research object, the subsystem boundary condition of finite element analysis was determined by means of the experimental modality analysis method. The natural dynamic characteristics were studied by the reversal method. The first five order modal frequencies, damp ratio and modal shape were identified. Two main vibration patterns, extension (in radius direction) and distortion (in axis direction), were obtained from modal shapes of the key component. Based on the experiment results, the measures to reduce the noise and vibration displacement were put forward.
