长管道效应对大高度作业平台调平性能的影响

摘  要:
【目的】为改善高空作业平台的调平性能,研究长管道效应对调平性能的影响.【方法】通过建立长管道模型,分析了影响调平性能的管道参数,并结合长管道作用下的调平系统仿真模型,分别研究管道材质、长度、直径及布管方式对调平性能的影响规律.【结果】硬管材质能够较软管材质使系统响应时间缩短0.4~0.6s;管道长度由1m增加至40m可使系统响应时间由0.05s延长至0.3s,压力损失由0.6bar增大至24.8bar;管道直径由5mm增大至20mm,使调平稳定时间由1.1s延长至2.2s,压力损失由69.9bar减小至1.7bar;阀前布管较阀后布管加快系统响应时间约0.2s,但易引起压力冲击.【结论】长管道效应对高空作业平台调平性能的影响显著,长管道参数化分析形成调平系统的优化布置及参数选择原则,对高空作业平台的调平性能改善提供了参考.

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to improve the leveling performance,relevant researches of the characteristics of the leveling performances acting on long-pipe effects are developed.【Method】Based on the long-pipe model,the parameters of pipe that affects leveling performances are analyzed.Moreover,combined with the simulation model of long-pipe leveling system,the main parameters of pipe,including materials,length,diameter and arrangement style,are studied.【Result】The results of simulation analysis validate that the long-pipe effects has evident influence on the leveling performance of great-height working platform.Using the rigid pipes can enhance response speed from 0.4sto 0.6s.When the length of pipe increases from 1mto 40 m,the response time delays from 0.05 sto 0.3s,and the route loss increases from0.6bar to 24.8bar.When the diameter of pipe increases from 5mm to 20 mm,the stabilization time delay from 1.1sto 2.2s,while the route loss decreases from 69.9bar to 1.7bar.Arranging the pipes before reversing valve is able to reduce the response time about 0.2s,compared with arranging the pipes behind the reversing valve,but induce pressure impact easily.【Conclusion】The parametric analysis of long pipe finally develops the optimized arrangement of pipe and the selection principle of parameters,which provides benefit reference for improving the leveling performance of working platform.
