摘  要:
有机磷类农药的不合理使用,对食品安全、人类健康造成严重的影响,高效可靠的分析检测方法与技术是防控食品安全及人类健康问题的一个的重要保障。介绍了国内外有机磷类农药残留的主要检测方法与技术,包括快速检测法、光谱法、色谱法,并对有机磷类农药残留的检测技术进行展望,探讨了分析检测技术发展的方向。

摘  要:
The problem of organosphorus pesticide( OPs) residues becomes more and more remarkable for irrational use of pesticide,especially on food safty,public health and human health. Efficient and reliable analytical methods and techniques are an important guarantee for preventing food safety and human health problems.The main detection technologies of organosphorus pesticide residues were reviewed at home and abroad,including rapid detection,spectroscopy and chromatography. The detection technologies of organosphorus pesticide were also presented,the direction of the development of analytical detection technology is discussed.
