摘  要:
[目的]建立测定酸枣仁中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Sr含量的方法。[方法]以陕北酸枣仁为试材,用HNO3+HClO4混合酸作为消解剂消化样品,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法进行测定样品中微量元素的含量。ICP-AES的工作条件:功率为1.2 kW;冷却气(He)流量为14 L/min;载气流量为0.7 L/min;辅助气流量为1.2 L/min;光谱温度为38℃;线性电压为104%;检测高度较低。各元素分析线波长分别为257.610(Mn)、259.940(Fe)、327.396(Cu)、213.856(Zn)、393.366(Ca)、279.553(Mg)和407.771(Sr)nm。[结果]在此消解条下件,测得酸枣仁中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Sr的含量分别为31.70、59.86、8.14、53.38、1 358.45、2 624.80和13.62μg/g;与其他地区相比陕北酸枣仁微量元素含量适中。[结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于酸枣仁中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Sr的含量测定。

摘  要:
[Objective] To establish a method for determination of trace metal elements including Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Sr in SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE.[Method] Using SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE from the north of Shaanxi Province as experiment materials,the content of trace elements was determined by the inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) after digestion with the acid mixture of HNO3+HClO4.The working conditions of CP-AES were as follows: power of 1.2 kW,He flow of 14 L/min,carrier flow of 0.7 L/min,auxiliary gas flow of 1.2 L/min,spectroscopic temperature of 38 ℃,linear voltage of 104%,low detection height.The wavelength of analytical line was 257.610(Mn),259.940(Fe),327.396(Cu),213.856(Zn),393.366(Ca),279.553(Mg) and 407.771(Sr) nm.[Result] The content of Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Sr in SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE was 31.70,59.86,8.14,53.38,1358.45,2624.80,13.62 μg/g,respectively.Compared with other areas,the content of trace elements in SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE from the north of ShaanXi province was just proper.[Conclusion] ICP-AES is an accurate and reliable method that can be used to determine the content of Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Sr in SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE.
