为了解决湖南省新农村信息化建设管理过程中的"瓶颈",通过分析目前湖南省农村信息化的现状和存在的问题,对湖南省农村信息化的管理体系进行了分析和研究,在此基础上设计了湖南省新农村信息化的管理流程,为湖南省新农村信息化管理提供了理论依据.

摘  要：
In order to solve the "bottleneck" problem,caused during the constnuction of new rural informatization management system in Hunan Province,the present situation and existing problems were analysed,the management system of Hunan new rual informatization was investigated.On the basis of the analysis and study,the Management Procedure of New Rural Informatization in Hunan Province was designed.And it will provide a theoretical basis for the New Rural Informatization Management in Hunan Province.
