基于温度补偿增压器转子的优化设计

摘  要:
针对热膨胀导致转子工作、设计尺寸不同而引起间隙布置不合理的问题,利用弹性力学理论和有限元方法,采用第一类热边界,通过ABAQUS软件分析额定工况下增压器转子温度场分布,并以温度场分析结果为初始温度,转子设计理想尺寸为初始尺寸,进一步分析转子常温下变形情况。比对变形前后尺寸变化,为转子常温设计提供参考和理论依据。

摘  要:
Based on elasticity theory and finite element method,the rotor temperature field is obtained through ABAQUS by loading the first thermal boundary conditions.Further analysis is taken to obtain the deformation of rotor under ambient temperature.The result of the temperature field and the ideal working size are used as boundary conditions.So the clearance between screw rotors could be designed according to those results.
