不同饵料对褶皱臂尾轮虫氨基酸脂肪酸组成的影响

摘  要:
为探究海洋红酵母和浓缩小球藻作为轮虫培育饵料的可行性,采用3种不同饵料(小球藻、浓缩小球藻、海洋红酵母)单独或混合对轮虫进行投喂,并测定这3种饵料以及不同试验组轮虫的氨基酸、脂肪酸两项指标来比较评价不同饵料对褶皱臂尾轮虫的营养价值。结果表明:3种饵料的小球藻非必需氨基酸总量显著高于其他两种饵料(P<0.05),浓缩小球藻的必需氨基酸含量最高;3种饵料中小球藻的饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于其他两种生物饵料(P<0.05),不饱和脂肪酸含量总量以海洋红酵母为最高,海洋红酵母的顺式油酸含量是小球藻和浓缩小球藻的14.1倍,顺式亚油酸是小球藻和浓缩小球藻的7.11和6.96倍。不同饵料投喂轮虫的氨基酸、脂肪酸比较结果表明,红酵母搭配2种藻类投喂轮虫相比单一饵料投喂轮虫的必需氨基酸含量有明显提高,但对提高轮虫脂肪酸含量效果欠佳。可见海洋红酵母和浓缩小球藻可以作为优良的轮虫培育饵料,这也将为轮虫的营养优化和大规模养殖技术发展提供参考。

摘  要:
To explore the feasibility of the Rhodotorula benthica and concentrated chlorella as cultivating bait of rotifers, using three different bait(chlorella, concentrated chlorella, R. benthica) alone or mixed to feeding of rotifers, and determination of two indicators-amino acids, fatty acids the three kinds of bait and different experimental rotifers, which is used to compare and evaluate nutritional value of different bait for Brachionus plicatilis. Results showed that non-essential amino acid of chlorella was more than the other two bait( P<0.05).Concentrated chlorella had the highest content of essential amino acids in the three kinds bait. The saturated fatty acid content of chlorella was significantly higher than the other two biological bait( P<0.05). Total unsaturated fatty acid content of R. benthica was the highest. Vaccwnate content of R. benthica was 14.1 times thatof chlorella and concentrated chlorella's. Linoleate content was 7.11 times of chlorella and 6.96 times of concentrated chlorella. Comparison results of amino acids, fatty acids on different bait feeding rotifers showed that R. benthica matched two kinds of algae feeding the rotifers had obvious effect on improving essential aminoacid content of rotifers. However, it had less effect on improving fatty acid of rotifers. This research suggested that R. benthica and concentrated chlorella could serve as excellent rotifers which used to cultivate the bait. It could provide the reference for the nutrition of rotifers optimization and large-scale aquaculture technology development.
