小黑瓢虫过冷却点和结冰点的测定

摘  要:
测定了小黑瓢虫Delphastus catalinae(Horn)各个虫态的过冷却点和结冰点。结果表明,雌雄成虫之间过冷却点差异不大,分别为-12.41和-12.27℃;幼虫和蛹按过冷却点值由高到低依次为3龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、1龄幼虫、蛹,分别为-9.78、-9.80、-9.88、-9.97、-10.31℃。小黑瓢虫雌雄成虫之间结冰点差异不大,分别为-8.55和-8.08℃;幼虫和蛹按结冰点由高到低依次为蛹、4龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、1龄幼虫,分别为-3.13、-5.48、-5.69、-6.10、-6.99℃。

摘  要:
The supercooling point and freezing point of different stages of Delphastus catalinae(Horn)(Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) were detected.The test results showed that there was not distinct difference between the supercooling point of female and male D.catalinae,with-12.41 and-12.27 ℃ respectively.The supercooling point value of larva and pupa from high to low were the third instar larva,the second instar larva,the fourth instar larva,the first instar larva and pupa in turn,with-9.78,-9.80,-9.88,-9.97 and-10.31 ℃ respectively.There was not distinct difference between the freezing point of female and male D.catalinae,with-8.55 and-8.08 ℃ respectively.The freezing point value of larva and pupa from high to low were pupa,the fourth instar larva,the third instar larva,the second instar larva and the first instar larva in turn,with-3.13,-5.48,-5.69,-6.10 and-6.99 ℃ respectively.
