S-NPK生产中,KHSO_4反应釜搅拌桨材质的选择

摘  要:
硫酸与固体氯化钾在反应釜中经搅拌发生化学反应 ,反应需维持在 10 0~ 135℃高温下进行。讨论适宜制作搅拌桨的耐腐蚀、耐磨的金属与非金属材料。研制了桨轮直径 6 5 0 m m~ 130 0 m m新型复合材料搅拌桨 ,桨轮材料为高硅不锈钢 ,外覆聚四氟、氮化硅夹、玻璃纤维保护层。已投入运行的 2 5台搅拌桨运行状况良好。

摘  要:
The metallic or nonmetallic materials with corrosive resistance and abrasive resistance are reviewed for manufacture of stirring rake, by which MOP reacts with sulfuric acid at high temperature of 100~135℃ in reaction kettle. With new compound materials, including rake wheel material of hisilicon stainless steel, as well as its external sheath of polyTeflon(F4), silicon nitride(SiN) and glass fiber(polyurethane) as protective layer, a stirring rake with wheel diameter  650 mm~1 300 mm developed by the university is introduced for its good performance according to running 25 pieces of stirring rakes.
