叶面喷施磷酸二氢钾对菊花蕾期叶片生理生化指标的影响

摘 要：
为了探究根外补充磷钾肥对菊花蕾期生理生化指标的影响,以菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)姹紫嫣红为材料,在定头后用1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/L的磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)进行全株叶面喷雾处理,测定菊花蕾期叶片生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,随着处理浓度的提高,KH_2PO_4对菊花蕾期叶片生理活动的促进作用先升高后降低,其中以2 000 mg/L处理的效果最佳。2 000 mg/L KH_2PO_4处理明显提升菊花蕾期叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、硝酸还原酶(NR)活力和降低超氧阴离子自由基(O_2.~-)产生速率,与对照相比,叶绿素(Chl)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量在蕾期的后期极显著增加。当KH_2PO_4浓度高达4 000 mg/L时,其促进作用下降。

摘 要：
Aiming to study the effects of different concentrations of KH_2PO_4 phosphorus potassium fertilizer outside the root on the physiological and biochemical indexes changes of chrysanthemum in bud stage, chrysanthemum "Chaziyanhong" was sprayed with KH_2PO_4(0,1 000,2 000 and 4 000 mg / L) in the leaves Results showed that, with the increase of KH_2PO_4 concentration, the promoting effects of KH_2PO_4 on physiological activities of chrysanthemum leaves in bud stage increased first and then decreased, especialy the 2 000 mg / L group had the best effects. By the treatment of 2 000 mg / L KH_2PO_4, the activities rate of SOD, POD, NR in the leaves of bud stage were inproved, and the contents of Chl, soluble sugar and protein increased but the O_2.~- producing rate decreased. The promoting effect of 4 000 mg / L KH_2PO_4 fell.
