西南红山茶初代培养基筛选

摘  要:
试验以西南红山茶带芽茎段为材料,研究了不同浓度配比的6-BA和NAA培养基对外植体启动率、侧芽高度的影响。结果表明:5号培养基(MS+0.2 mg/LNAA+2 mg/L6-BA)培养效果最好,启动率最高,为71.1%,侧芽平均高度为1.73 cm。单独分析了不同浓度6-BA与NAA对侧芽启动率和侧芽高度的影响,得出6-BA对于侧芽高度影响显著,而外植体的启动率受6-BA与NAA共同作用。

摘  要:
Using stem segment with bud of Camellia pitardii culture as test materials,this paper studied effects of 6-BA and NAA with different concentration on induction rate of explant and the height of lateral bud.The results showed that No.five culture medium(MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+2 mg/L 6-BA),in which the induction rate was 71.1% and the average height of lateral bud was 1.73 cm,had the best training effect.6-BA culture medium had significant effect on the height of lateral bud,the induction rate of explant was affected by 6-BA and NAA collectively.
