2017年国内小麦市场形势展望

摘  要：
受2016年产小麦品质下降的影响,随着市场粮源的逐渐消耗,以及大量粮源通过托市收购途径进入国家临时库存,国内小麦市场供应呈现出明显的区域性、结构性失衡,并带动国内小麦市场价格在2016年四季度之后持续上涨,尤其是河北、山东等北部主产区,价格上涨至近年来高位。春节过后,在各级储备粮陆续轮换出库、国家加大对托市小麦的投放力度以及面粉消费进入淡季等因素的共同作用下,国内小麦价格总体止涨企稳,局部地区略有回落。随着2017年产小麦即将收获上市,其最终产量和品质的形成,将成为影响全年小麦市场价格走势的关键因素。

摘  要：
Affected by the decline of harvested wheat quality in 2016,with the gradual consumption of grain storage,and a big amount of grain entering the national temporary storage, supply of domestic wheat market presents obvious regional and structural imbalance, then forced the prices of domestic wheat market rose continually in the fourth quarter of last year, especially in Hebei, Shandong and other main producing areas in north, prices rose to high level in recent years. After the Spring Festival, all levels of grain reserves have been gradually outputted, on the consider of the amount of grain output was increased by the state and the wheat flour consumption came into the off-season, etc., domestic wheat prices rose steadily, slightly decline in some areas. With annual output of wheat in 2017, the final yield and quality will become a key factor that affecting wheat market price this year.
