不同肥料配施对樱桃番茄栽培基质养分含量和酶活性的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究不同肥料配施对樱桃番茄栽培基质养分含量、酶活性的影响.【方法】以樱桃番茄为试材,采用日光温室槽式栽培方式.试验为随机区组设计,设5个处理,分别为单施无机肥料对照(CK),T1有机肥50%,N∶P∶K=1∶7∶2,T2有机肥40%,N∶P∶K=1∶3∶3,T3微晶化磷矿粉,T4微晶化钾矿粉.【结果】配施处理提高了基质pH和EC以及基质中全N、速效N、P、K含量,促进了植物对养分的吸收;T2和T4处理提高了基质脲酶和蔗糖酶的活性,T1和T3处理显著提高了蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶的活性.脲酶活性与pH极显著正相关,与EC极显著负相关;中性磷酸酶活性与速效N、速效K、pH显著负相关,与全N正相关;蔗糖酶与全P、速效P及速效K显著正相关,与全N极显著负相关,过氧化氢酶与EC显著正相关.【结论】在以基质为栽培介质,施用无机肥料的栽培条件下,配合施用生物有机肥和微晶化矿粉能显著地影响基质的理化性质和基质酶的活性.

摘  要:
【Objective】To research the effect of different fertilizers on substrate nutrient content and enzyme activities in greenhouse cherry-tomato field.【Method】This experience applied in solar greenhouse,took commercial substrate which planted cherry-tomato in grooved ground as material,fertilized inorganic fertilizers as CK,applied bio-organic fertilizerⅠ(N∶P∶K=1∶7∶2),Ⅱ(N∶P∶K=1∶3∶3),Ⅲ phosphorus powder(PP)and Ⅳ potassium mineral powder(PBMB)on the level of CK as T1,T2,T3 and T4.【Result】The treatments promoted pH and EC,total N,available N,P and K content of substrate,enhanced plant uptake.T2 and T4treatments enhanced activity of urase and catalase,T1 and T3treatments increased activity of neutral phosphatase and invertase.There were significant correlations between enzymes activities and substrate nutrient content.Urase had positive and negative correlations with pH and EC;Neutral phospha-tase had positive correlation with total N,negative correlation with available N,K and pH;Catalase positive correlated with total P,available P and K,negative correlated with total N.Invertase positive correlated with EConly.【Conclusion】It is suggested that application of bio-organic fertilizer and potassium mineral powder significantly affect characters of physical and chemical,and substrate enzyme activities under the condition of substrate as cultivation media,and application of inorganic fertilizer.
