野生稻与栽培稻杂交后代的性状遗传规律

摘  要:
选用“AA”染色体组型的广东普通野生稻或东乡普通野生稻(O.rufipogon)与栽培稻杂交,可避免不同染色体组型间杂交不亲和的障碍,提高野、栽杂种结实率。杂种后代生育期、生长习性、株高、叶、穗、粒、芒、花药、柱头等性状的分离规律表明:F_2中保持栽培稻亲本优良性状的比率达20%以上,有利于选择;还可以出现丰富的超亲性状,为水稻育种提供丰富的变异源。

摘  要:
Crossing cultivated rice with Guangdong and Dongxiang wild rice (Oryza rufipogon) having genome "AA" might remove the obstacle of cross-incom- patibility usually occurring in combinations between different genomes, and result in higher seed setting rate of hybrids. The segregation of the traits such as growth period duration, growth habit, plant height, shape of leaves, ear, grain, awn, anther, stigma etc, showed that more than 20 percent of plants maintained good characters of cultivar parent in F_2 generation, this is very useful for further, selection. Moreover, various over-parent traits might also appear in F_2, therefore these progenies may provide abundant germplasm resources for rice breeding.
