摘  要：
为了了解广西马群流感病毒流行病学状况,试验通过RT-PCR方法,从广西4个市采集的104份马组织样品中检测出1份马流感病毒阳性,经鸡胚接种分离到病毒,并进行了血清学检测、基因扩增和测序比对。结果表明:分离到的病毒为H3N8亚型马流感病毒,HA基因阅读框为1 710 bp,编码569个氨基酸,与哈萨克斯坦2007年分离毒株(Otar07)的核苷酸、氨基酸同源性最高,分别为99.5%和99.6%。但与Otar07株相比,广西分离株HA基因蛋白在第11,12位多了苯丙氨酸(F)和异亮氨酸(I)2个氨基酸,存在变异。绘制的系统进化树显示广西分离株属于美洲谱系中的佛罗里达第2分支。

摘  要：
To know the epidemiological situation of equine influenza virus( EIV) in the horse herds of Guangxi,one copy of positive EIV was detected from 104 copies of equine tissues collected from 4 cities in Guangxi using RT- PCR assay. The EIV was isolated by chicken embryo inoculation,and used for the serological testing,gene amplification and sequence alignment. The results showed that the isolated virus was identified as H3N8 subtype of EIV,and the HA gene of EIV contained an open reading frame( ORF) of 1 710 bp,encoding for a protein of 569 amino acids. The virus strain shared a nucleotide homology of 99. 5% and amino acid homology of 99. 6% with the Otar07 strain isolated in Kazakhstan in 2007,respectively. Compared with the Otar07 strain,the protein of the HA gene of EIV isolated in Guangxi had more two amino acids including phenylalanine( F) and isoleucine( I) at the eleventh and twelfth positions,and there was a variation between them. The drawn phylogenetic tree showed that the Guangxi EIV strain belonged to the second branch of Florida in the American lineage.
