摘  要：
通过对商业短信服务的分析,结合上海图书馆等短信服务的例子,探讨了图书馆利用短信服务与网上信息结合开展图书馆个性化信息服务的可行性,指出短信服务可以成为图书馆信息特色服务的一种方式,对解决公共图书馆网络社区信息服务困境有一定现实意义。

摘  要：
This paper has analyzed business short message service,and cites Shanghai Library as an example.The author has explored the feasibility of libraries using it and the Internet to make information service,and discussed their advantages and disadvantages.The author holds the view that short message service can become a method of library personalized information services,and have certain realistic meaning in solving public libraries' community information services.
