城乡统筹发展水平综合评价——以重庆为例

摘  要：
文章通过建立三套指标体系,基于熵值法、因子分析法及主成分与差异系数结合法的综合测算考察和分析重庆市城乡统筹发展状况,尝试提供一个较为深入全面的重庆市城乡统筹发展水平的综合评价。结果发现,直辖以来重庆市城乡统筹发展进程呈现出良好发展态势,尤其是近年来已进入快速发展通道,但重庆市城乡统筹发展水平在全国尤其是与东部沿海地区相比尚处于较低层次,且内部不同区县的发展并不均衡,尚存在很大持续提升的潜力和空间。

摘  要：
Based on the comprehensive measurement of entropy method,factor analysis method and the combination method of main component and the differences coefficients,system,this paper analyzed urban-rural overall development level of Chongqing by establishing three sets of index,and tried to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of Chongqing urban-rural development level.The results showed that since the established of Chongqing municipality city,the process of urban-rural overall development in Chongqing has shown a good development momentum,especially in recent years,but the urban-rural development level of Chongqing is still in the lower level in the nationwide especially compared with the eastern coastal areas,and the development level of its internal different districts and counties is not balanced,and there is a great increasing potential and space.From the beginning of 21st century,urban and rural coordinated development became the national development strategy that solving the questions of agriculture,rural areas and peasants,therefore,the conclusion of this paper has important theoretical and practical significance.
