摘 要：
历史时期,黄河曾多次夺淮。公元1128年黄河夺淮经苏北入黄海,导致苏北海岸线发生了巨大变化,对江苏沿海农业开发产生了深远影响。1855年黄河北归山东入海后,江苏沿海大规模发展农垦,成为我国重要的商品棉生产基地。

摘 要：
In the historical periods,Yellow River had captured Huaihe River many times and flowed through North Jiangsu into the Huanghai sea for nearly 700 years,as the Yellow River captured Huaihe River in 1128.The geographical environment of coastline of North Jiangsu was deeply affected since then.Since the Yellow River return to Shandong and flew into the sea in 1855,the agricultural settlement had developed extensively in Jiangsu coastline,which turned this area to a major production base of commercial cotton in our country.
