概述了面部毛细血管扩张类型,医学生物学机理及抑制途径,包括抑制VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)、血小板凝聚及炎症介质等关键步骤。分析了红血丝形成过程中的血流动力学变化,为筛选祛除面部红血丝的中草药提供生物医学基础。

摘  要:
This article outlines the type of facial telangiectasia,medical and biological mechanism and inhibition of telangiectasia,including the key steps of inhibition of VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor),platelet aggregation and inflammatory mediators,and analyses the hemodynamic changes in the formation of anti-redness(red blood streak albertdeng).It is expected to provide the biological and medical basis for screening the traditional Chinese medicinals and herbal medicines with the efficacy of eliminating facial redness.
