3种微藻提取液浸种对黄瓜和番茄种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
微藻具有生物量大、生长周期短以及易于培养等优点。为了了解其在液体肥方面的应用潜力,研究了蛋白核小球藻、四尾栅藻和卷曲鱼腥藻提取液浸种对黄瓜和番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明,不同浓度3种微藻提取液浸种对黄瓜和番茄种子的发芽势和发芽率没有明显影响;对黄瓜和番茄苗的根长、须根数、根干质量、茎长、茎叶干质量均有不同程度的促进作用,但提取液浓度过大或过小,效果均不理想,只有合适的浓度才有促进作用。

摘  要:
Microalgae possess some advantages, such as large biomass, short growth cycle and easy cultivation. To understand the potential applications of liquid fertilizer, the effects of extracts of three microalgae, Chlorella pyrenoidosa, Scenedesmus quadricauda and Anabaena circinalis, on cucumber and tomato seed germination were studied. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the germination potential and germination rate of cucumber and tomato seeds soaked with the extracts of three microalgae in different concentrations. But there was a significant enhancement on the root length, fibrous root number, root dry weight, stem length and shoot dry weight of cucumber and tomato seedlings when the seeds were soaked with the extracts of three microalgae in appropriate concentrations.
