摘 要：
To analyze the conserved sequence of puffer fish using the DNA software, the amplification primers of puffer fish were designed in the test. And then a high - resolution melting curve method was firstly developed to rapidly identify Takifugu rubripes and Takifugu niphobles. The results showed that the method not only could identify the puffer fish, but also could distinguish both Takifugu rubripes and Takifugu niphobles by high -resolution melting curve, and its accuracy reached 100%.
