摘 要:
基于SY6480客车建立了车辆-人体振动系统的十二自由度非线性动力学模型,通过对钢板弹簧和减振器非线性特性的离散化,在四轮相关随机路面激励的条件下,采用分步线性化法对整车-人体的振动情况进行了时域模拟与频谱分析。试验验证结果表明系统模型建立正确,模拟和分析方法切实可行。进而本文还对整个模拟过程进行了可视化编程,编写的软件可实现平顺性的分析、预测和参数优化,可作为汽车平顺性设计的辅助工具。

摘 要:
Based on the SY6480 bus,a nonlinear dynamic model with 12 DOFs of vehicle-human vibration system is established in this paper.By detaching the nonlinear characteristics of leaf springs and shock absorbers,the multi-step linearizing algorithm is used to simulate the vehicle-human system vibration under a random correlated four-wheel excitation,thereby the response spectral analysis is obtained.Experimental verification shows that the proposed model is accurate and the simulation methods are feasible.Based on the above process,furthermore,a software named AVAS is developed by Visual C++,which can be used as an accessorial tool to analyze,predict and optimize the ride performance in automobile design.
