The green mine construction is one kind of production pattern and its purpose is to reach the lowest affect on environment from mining industry activity.Its basic point is the beneficial to environment.The objective point is the permanent.In this article with the development of social economy of Shijiazhuang and the current situation of mining industry the comment on the necessity to construct the green mine was put forward.
