JS118和虫酰肼是酰肼类具有蜕皮激素活性的新一代杀虫剂,室内对茶尺蠖幼虫的生物活性研究表明:(1)JS118和虫酰肼对茶尺蠖幼虫有较高的杀虫活性,但两药剂均属于迟效性杀虫剂,药剂处理后96h,药效才能较充分发挥,JS118对茶尺蠖的药效发挥较虫酰肼快;(2)两药剂对茶尺蠖毒力测定结果表明,JS118和虫酰肼药后4d对茶尺蠖幼虫的LC50分别为11.6792mg a.i./L、17.4210mg a.i./L,药后5d LC50分别为9.8040mg a.i./L、14.4225mg a.i./L,经t测验结果表明t4d=5.87、t5d=5.27均大于1.96,说明JS118和虫酰肼对茶尺蠖幼虫均有较高的毒力,且JS118对茶尺蠖幼虫的毒力高于对照药剂虫酰肼。

摘 要:
JS118 a diacylhydrazines compound, was discoveryed by Jiangsu branch of the national south pesticide R&D center, and has similar chemical structure to tebufenozide. The test indicated that JS118 and tebufenozide has slow insecticide activity on Ectropis oblique Prout. Until 4 days after treating with the insecticide, the ideal control effect can not be obtained, so the investigation time of the experiment result should be arranged at the 4 days or 5 days after the insect having been treated with the kind of pesticide. The bioassay study showed that the two insecticide have high insecticide activity on Ectropis oblique Prout. The test also indicated JS118 has higher insecticide activity than tebufenozide on Ectropis oblique Prout.
