摘 要：
sIgA in bovine colostrum was purified by ultrafiltration and enzymolysis methods and determined using western blot technique. The purity and yield were 73.6 and 65.2%, respectively. This convenient technique offers helpful exploration for the production of bovine colostrum sIgA.
