以宁夏问卷调查为例,分析了宁夏基层农技推广人员的现状,就5点不足提出了针对性的解决对策。基层农技推广人员专职化、专业化是推进现代农业发展的必然途径,满足其内源化的需求,给予政策等外部因素的保障,充分发挥其纽带作用,有力推动农业现代化发展。

摘  要：
Taking the questionnaires in Ningxia as an example,analyzing the situation of the agriculture technique extension personnel in the local in Ningxia,proposing solutions to five shortcomings. The professionalization and specialization of local agriculture technique extension personnel is the essecial way to develop modern agriculture,fulfilling the endogenous needs,providing relative policies as external factors,giving full play to promote modern agricultural development.
