新时期农村金融体制目标模式的选择分析

摘  要：
农村金融体制效率取决于是否与农村金融需求相吻合。在建设社会主义新农村的背景下,农村金融的环境发生了变化,文章在提出新时期中国农村金融体制构建的目标模式后,从经济环境、金融环境和政策环境等背景性因素以及从各种性质金融供求吻合性角度分析农村金融体制目标模式的合理性,在此基础上,进一步对实现农村金融体制目标模式的障碍进行分析,最后根据分析总结出几点对策建议。

摘  要：
The efficiency of the rural financial system lies on satisfaction the demand,during the time to construct a new socialistic country,the circumstance of the rural finance changes much.This article bring forward the target patterns of rural financial system,then analyze the rationality of the different choices,considering the economic and financial factor,policies and the supply and demand of different kind finance.Furthermore we analyze the barriers on the road to the new patterns of rural finance,finally we give our proposal on this subject.
