岱岳区洪涝风险评价及区划分析

摘  要:
利用岱岳区各乡镇气象灾害调查资料及气象站和乡镇气象站观测资料,从灾害的危险性、暴露性、脆弱性、防灾减灾能力四个主要因子进行洪涝灾害风险评价和区划,提高农村对暴雨洪涝灾害的抗御能力。结果表明,岱岳区洪涝灾害轻、低风险分布范围大,主要集中于中部、东南部,中、高度风险区分布较零散,范围小,这些乡镇防灾减灾能力较弱。

摘  要:
Using meteorological disaster data which was surveyed from villages and towns in Daiyue and meteorol ogical observation data from meteorological station and township weather stations,waterlogging risk evaluation and zoning were analyzed from 4 main factors of the disaster hazard,exposure,vulnerability,and the ability of disast er prevention and reduction to improve the resilience of the rainstorm and flood disasters. The results showed that,low risk regions have a wide distribution,mainly concentrated in central and southeast section. The distribution of middle and high risk regions are scattered,mainly in lower disaster prevention and reduction ability towns.
