琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类(SDHI)杀菌剂历经3代,有18个品种上市或即将上市。尤其是第3代8个吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂的问世,有力地带动了SDHI类杀菌剂市场的迅速发展。介绍了SDHI类杀菌剂的作用机理、构效关系和专利概况,逐个陈述了它们的应用与市场,总结了该类产品的抗性情况及产生机理,并展望了SDHI类杀菌剂的发展前景。

摘  要：
Eighteen fungicides of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHI) have launched or will launch soon through three-generation-development. Especially, the sales of eight carboxamide fungicides in the 3rd generation, promoted significantly the market development of SDHIs. The paper introduced the mechanism of action, structureactivity relationships and patent profiles of SDHIs. The uses and markets of the all active ingredients were described, their resistance and resistant mechanisms were summaried, and the futures of SDHIs were also prospected.
