金属晶体结构模型的制作及球体钻模的设计

摘  要:
金属都是晶体结构,制作金属晶体结构模型对金属结构的学习研究有很大帮助。依据开放实验教学的培养目标,按照教学大纲的基本要求,注重对学生实践技能和动手能力的培养。介绍金属晶体结构类型以及钻模设计中钻床夹具的类型、功能及设计要点、主要结构,并选择制作由8个晶胞组成的体心立方晶体结构模型,借以说明晶体结构模型的制作过程。

摘  要:
All metals are crystal structure;creating metal crystal structure model is of great help to the metal structure.We should lay stress on culturing students’practice skills and work abilities in terms of training objective and the requirements of the open experimental teaching.In practice,students should complete the analysis of the structure of drilling jig and the main parameters independently as well as the design of the sphere drilling jig and the production process of the metallic crystal structure model.
