利用模拟生物膜识别红茂草黄酮类化合物的药物效能

摘  要:
以红茂草中提取的黄酮类化合物(芦丁)为研究对象,经红外光谱、紫外光谱和差热-热重检测分析后,利用玻碳电极支撑的磷脂双层膜(s-BLM)作为生物膜模型,以Fe(CN)_6~(3-/4-)为探针分子,循环伏安(CV)与扫描电化学显微镜(SECM)结合,研究了芦丁对磷脂双层膜电化学行为的影响。结果发现,s-BLM与芦丁之间可以发生比较强烈的相互作用,使s-BLM的通透性发生变化,探针分子可以通过s-BLM到达电极表面。结果表明,红茂草中提取的黄酮化合物(芦丁)对卵磷脂双层膜电化学行为存在一定的影响,进一步揭示了红茂草药材的生物活性及疗效机理。

摘  要:
After detected by IR, UV and DSC-TG, the effect of flavonoid(Rutin) extracted from Dicranostigma leptodum(Maxim.) Fedde on electrochemical behavior of lipid bilayer membranes was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and SECM using s-BLM supported by Pt/C electrode as bio-membrane model, Fe(CN)_6~(3-/4-) as probe. The results showed that there were strong interactions between s-BLM and rutin; the permeability of s-BLM had been changed, probe molecule could reach the surface of the electrode pass the s-BLM. These indicated that the flavonoid compounds had some extent effect on the electrochemical behavior of bilayer lecithin membrane. These results may provide some theory for further understanding the bioactivity of DLF and its mechanism as drugs.
