不同药物对附红细胞体病奶牛白细胞的影响

摘  要:
奶牛附红细胞体病在成年牛中较易发病,该病的主要传播途径为垂直传播、间接传播,此前尚无一种药物可以将奶牛体内的附红细胞体完全清除,所以此病较易反复,存在较大的治疗难度。为探讨不同药物对附红细胞体病奶牛白细胞的影响。挑选20头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成4个组,每组5头,分别用血虫净(Ⅰ)、多西环素(Ⅱ)、新胂凡纳明(Ⅲ)、血虫净加干扰素(Ⅳ)同时治疗奶牛附红体病,于用药前和用药1周后采血进行白细胞(WBC)和白细胞分类计数。结果表明,用药后,各组白细胞总数降低但差异不显著(P>0.05);嗜酸性白细胞呈升高趋势,差异均不显著(P>0.05);淋巴细胞有升高趋势,其中Ⅰ组差异极显著(P<0.01),Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组差异均不显著(P>0.05);杆状核嗜中性白细胞降低差异不显著(P>0.05);分叶型嗜中性白细胞数也均降低,但除Ⅰ组影响显著(P<0.05)外,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组影响均不显著(P>0.05);单核细胞Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组降低差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅳ组显著降低(P<0.05)。血虫净能使淋巴细胞和单核细胞恢复到正常值范围,能提高机体免疫力;多西环素和新胂凡纳明对附红体病奶牛白细胞没有影响;干扰素在治疗奶牛附红体病过程中与血虫净有协同作用。

摘  要:
Adult cows are more sensitive to eperythrozoonosis, the spreading channels of which include vertical transmission and indirect transmission. Until now, there is no drug to treat this disease, which is the main reason for the recurrence of this disease, causing difficulties in the treatment of this disease. In order to discuss the effect of different medicines on the white blood cells(WBC) of cows with eperythrozoonosis, 20 Holstein cows with the disease were randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 in each group, which were treated with Diminazene Aceturate, Doxycycline, Neoarsphenaminum, and co-administration of Diminazene Aceturate and interferon respectively. Blood were collected and WBC counting and differential count were detected before and one week after treatment. The results showed that total WBC count in each group decreased but had no significance(P>0.05), acidophil leukocyte increased without significance(P>0.05), lymphocyte increased significantly in groupⅠ(P<0.01), but not significant in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the number of rod neutrophil cell(P>0.05) and segmented neutrophil granulocyte, except that the but the number of segmented neutrophil granulocyte were obviously decreased in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The number of monocyte in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ decreased without significances(P>0.05), decreased obviously in group Ⅳ(P<0.05). Conclusion: Diminazene Aceturate could recover the number of lymphocyte and monocyte to a normal range, increasing the immunity;Doxycycline and Neoarsphenaminum had no effect on the WBC of cows with eperythrozoonosis. Interferon had synergistic reaction with Diminazene Aceturate in the treatment of cow Eperythrozoonosis.
