姜萎蔫青枯病和条斑叶枯病病原细菌的研究

摘 要：
从上蔡县采集生姜萎蔫青枯病病姜块和条斑叶枯病病叶上分别分离出２种不同性状的病原细菌。通过形态的观察、染色反应、培养观察、生理生化反应及致病性测定，结果表明，引起生姜萎蔫青枯病病原细菌的是青枯假单胞杆菌［Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓｓｏｌａｎａｃｅａｒｕｍ（Ｓｍｉｔｈ）Ｓｍｉｔｈ］，引起条斑叶枯病病原细菌的是姜生黄单胞杆菌（ＸａｎｔｈｏｍｏｎａｓＺｉｎｇｉｂｅｒｉｃｏｌａＲｅｎａｎｄＦａｎｇ）。同时对姜青枯假单胞杆菌进行了药效测定，结果以０．１％升汞液，１００和２００倍双效灵及甲醛液抑菌效果较好，农抗１２０等其它药剂基本无效。

摘 要：
Two different pathogenic bacteria were isolated from wilt organisms and streak leaf blight of gingers collected in Shangcai County,Henan Province in 1989.It was preliminarily discoveled through morphological observation, staining reaction,culture observation,physiological and biochemical properties, and determination of the pathogensis of the two pathogens that the pathogenic bacteria caused ginger wilt were Pseudomonas solancearum(Smith) Smith and the pathogens caused streak leaf blight were Xanthomonas Zingibericola Ren and Fang. Meanwhile the actions of several germicides with different concentrations were determined with Pseudomonas solanacearum within door.
