农科类研究生就业质量提升体系的研究——以湖南农业大学为例

摘  要:
随着研究生的不断扩招,研究生的就业形势越来越严峻。农科类研究生由于受传统就业观念影响,就业问题尤为严峻。本文通过对农科类各专业毕业生就业质量现状进行调查研究,发现农科类研究生就业质量较低的原因及存在的问题,提出合理改变途径,以期达到拓宽农科类院校就业途径,提高农科类研究毕业生的就业质量的目的。

摘  要:
With the continuous enrollment of postgraduate students, the graduate employment situation is getting more and more serious. Due to the impact of traditional concept of employment, the employment problem of Agricultural postgraduateis was particularl-y difficult. Based on the research on employment quality of graduates with the different majors in Agricultural, found that some reasons for why there had a lower the quality for agricultural postgraduates and the problems existing. Therefore, giving propose reasonable changes ways, in order to broaden the accesses to employment quality of agricultural postgraduates and achieve the goals on improving the employment quality for agricultural graduates.
