基于AHP法的防城港地区雷电灾害风险区划

摘  要:
根据广西防城港地区1982—2013年雷暴数据、2006—2014年闪电定位资料和防城港防雷主管部门统计的1998—2014年雷电灾害资料,结合城市人口密度、经济指标,提取雷暴日数、地闪密度、雷灾频度、生命易损模数、经济易损模数、生命损伤模数、经济损伤模数7个参数运用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立防城港区域雷电灾害易损性模型,形成防城港雷电灾害风险区划,得出东兴市属于极高风险区,港口区属于高风险区,防城区属于中风险区,上思县属于低风险区。

摘  要:
Based on the thunderstorms data from 1982 to 2013, the lightning location data from 2006 to 2014, the lightning disaster data from 1998 to2014, and the economic and population data of Fangchenggang, annual mean thunderstorm days, lightning strike density, lightning disaster frequency, vital vulnerability module, economic vulnerability module, vital loss module and economic loss module were selected as assessment indices of risk zoning of regional lightning disaster, and the weighting distribution of assessment indices was defined with AHP. The vulnerability model of the thunderstorm disasters in Fangchenggang was obtained on the basis of AHP model and risk zoning map of the thunderstorm disasters. The results showed that Dongxing City belonged to the maximal risk area of lightning disasters, Gangkou District belonged to the high risk area of lightning disasters,Fangcheng District belonged to the medium risk area of lightning disasters, and Shangsi County belonged to the low risk area of lightning disasters.
