随着时代的发展,人们越来越重视吃、穿、住、行,其中以吃为最,原有的蔬菜品种已经不能满足人们的追求,越来越多营养丰富的野菜都通过驯化、改良进入了人们的视野,人参菜就是其一.该文简要叙述人参菜的特征、营养成分、价值,着重介绍其栽培技术,以供参考.参5.

摘  要:
Developing with the time,people are more and more emphasizing on food,clothing,shelter and transportation,among them food is the paramount necessity of the people,the original varieties of vegetable cannot satisfy people's demand,more and more wild herbs with abundant nutrition entering people's views by acclimation and improvement,one of which is Panicled fameflower.This paper simply introduced characteristic,nutrient composition,value and emphatically introduced cultivation technique of Panicled fameflower for reference.5refs.
