口腔中烟气烟碱的在线采样分析研究

摘  要:
卷烟烟气在人体口腔中的变化对吸烟与健康研究至关重要,本文设计建造了一套可实时检测口腔中烟气烟碱浓度的采样分析系统.在该系统中,吸烟机将烟气推送到口腔中,然后利用负压毛细管采样进入四极杆质谱仪实时分析检测烟碱的两种特征峰离子(m/z=84和m/z=162),可实时测量单口烟气中的烟碱成分在口腔中的浓度衰减变化情况.用该装置研究屏息状态下,人口腔中烟气烟碱的浓度变化,结果表明:相对于刚进入口腔时的最高烟碱浓度,2 s时口腔烟气烟碱浓度降低了5% 左右,随着停留时间的延长,烟碱的口腔浓度降低率逐渐上升.

摘  要:
Measurement of the dynamic behavior of cigarette smoke components in oral cavity is important for researches on smoking and health. In this study an on-line measurement system for real-time analysis of nicotine concentration in cigarette smoke was established.Cigarette smoke was injected into oral cavity via smoking machine, and then directly introduced into the vacuum chamber through a heated transfer line. Two characteristic fragment ions(m/z = 84 and m/z = 162) of nicotine were monitored with a quadrupole mass spectrometer.The attenuation variation of nicotine concentration in oral cavity can be measured in real time. Nicotine concentration of cigarette smoke in oral cavity at holding breath state was also studied by using this apparatus. Results showed that nicotine concentration of cigarette smoke was the highest when first entering oral cavity, and then declined by about 5% with 2-second holding time. With the increase of holding time in oral cavity, the reduction rate of nicotine concentration showed a rising trend.
