2010年广西桑蚕鲜茧与干茧质量同步调查初报

摘  要:
【目的】探讨广西鲜茧与干茧质量存在的共性问题,为广大蚕业干部及蚕农提供参考。【方法】2010年5月中下旬至7月上旬,对广西来宾、河池、柳州和南宁4个主要蚕区9户蚕农生产的鲜茧与干茧质量进行同步调查。【结果】南宁和河池蚕区鲜茧500g茧粒数在279~307粒之间,鲜茧颗粒较大;南宁和来宾蚕区的死笼率均超过11.00%;蚕鲜茧均不同程度发生僵病,最高达12.3%;蚕农出售毛脚茧(未化蛹),采伤嫩蛹,不同程度地造成内茧污染;茧层率分别为:南宁蚕区(21.59%)>来宾蚕区(19.04%)>柳州蚕区(18.37%)>河池蚕区(17.47%)。干茧质量为:南宁蚕农1(4A3370I)>来宾蚕农1(4A3251III)>南宁蚕农2(4A3153II)>柳州蚕农1(4A3044II)>河池蚕农1(4A2954II)。【结论】鲜茧质量除受蚕品种特性、桑叶质量、气候条件影响外,饲养技术及上簇管理对其影响也较大;而干茧质量除受鲜茧质量影响外,还受烘干设备性能及烘干技术等多种因素共同影响。

摘  要:
【Objective】The present experiment was aimed to study the factors affecting the quality of fresh and dry cocoons in order to sustain the production in silkworm raising farms. 【Method】The quality of fresh and dry cocoons collected from 9 silkworm raising farmers of 4 main silkworm raising areas viz., Laibin, Hechi, Liuzhou and Nanning in Guangxi were synchronously investigated from second half of May to earlier Jul.,2010. 【Result】The quantity of fresh cocoons, produced in Nanning and Hechi, weighing 500 g ranged from 279-307 cocoons. The mortality of worm cocoon produced in Nanning and Laibin was found more than 11.0%. All fresh cocoons collected from different areas showed stiff disease of varying degrees, the occurrence of which was as highest as 12.3%. Selling of immature cocoon and injured young pupa by the raisers resulted in problems with the pollution of internal cocoon. The rank of cocoon shell rate in different areas was as follows: Nanning(21.59%)>Laibin(19.04%)>Liuzhou(18.37%)>Hechi(17.47%). The rank of dry cocoon quality was as follows: Nanning 1(4A3370I)>Laibin 1(4A3251III)>Nanning 2(4A3153II)>Liuzhou 1(4A3044II)>Hechi 1(4A2954II). 【Conclusion】The quality of fresh cocoon was mainly affected by characteristics of silkworm variety, quality of mulberry leaf, climatic conditions, followed by technology of raising silkworm and management of mount cocooning frame, while that of dry cocoon was affected by quality of fresh cocoon, characteristics of drying equipment and drying technology, etc.
