对IHNV的特点、发病症状及流行特点进行了简单的概述,详细归纳总结了IHNV的检测技术、宿主对IHNV的防御机制以及具体防治措施,同时对IHNV未来的防治发展方向进行了展望,以期更好地控制IHNV引起的鱼类流行病的发生。

摘  要：
The characteristics,symptoms and epidemic characteristics of IHNV were surveyed,the diagnosis of IHNV,defense mechanism and control measures of host were summarized.Meanwhile,developing direction of control methods of IHNV in the future were expected in order to better control the epidemic of fish caused by IHNV.
