安塞县农林牧土地利用结构及其功能分析

摘  要：
在分析安塞县农林牧土地利用结构的基础上,借鉴"生态系统服务功能"的思路,构建了"安塞县农林牧土地资源单位面积生态服务价值表"、"农林牧土地资源经济系统服务价值"和"土地利用变化与系统功能一致性偏差"的计算公式,量化了农林牧土地资源的生态与经济功能,分析了农林牧土地利用结构及其功能一致性。结果表明:1998—2008年,安塞县农林牧土地利用结构由1:0.97:1.02变为1:4.19:2.59,变化速率依次为林地>耕地>草地。在此过程中,系统生态功能提高了62.03%,经济功能提高了122.29%,农林牧土地利用结构及其功能的一致性较高;同时表明,林地和耕地变化分别是系统生态功能和经济功能变化的主要影响因素,草地经济潜能未得到有效发挥,因此需要完善草畜产业链,提高系统生态经济效益。

摘  要：
By analyzing land use structure in Ansai County and referring to "Ecosystem Services Functions",the table of "Ecosystem services value per area of cultivated land,woodland and grassland in Ansai County" and formulas of "Economic system services value of cultivated land,woodland and grassland" and "Consistent bias between land use change and systemic functions" were built.Then ecological and economic functions of cultivated land,woodland and grassland were quantified.After that consistency between land use structure and functions was analyzed.Results showed that: Farmland use structure in Ansai County changed from 1:0.97:1.02 to 1:4.19:2.59 during the period 1998-2008,and the rate of change was woodland> farmland> grassland.In that process,the ecological and economic functions were separately increased by 62.03% and 122.29%. The consistency between land use structure and functions was relatively high.Meanwhile,woodland and grassland changes were separately the main factors of changes in ecological and economic functions.As well as that,grassland economic potential was not effectively exerting.In future,livestock industry chain should be completed to improve the ecological and economic benefits.
