非直线排列排刷式剥叶元件的工作机理

摘  要:
对整秆式甘蔗收获机排刷式剥叶元件不同装夹方式的工作机理进行了研究 ,认为剥叶元件不同的装夹方式将显著影响剥叶效果和剥叶元件的使用寿命。从理论上对不同装夹方式的剥叶元件进行受力分析 ,同时用ANSYS分别分析了螺旋式、层叠式装夹剥叶元件的受力及变形 ,并结合试验得出螺旋层叠式装夹的剥叶元件能有效提高剥叶质量、降低剥叶机构空载功率及剥叶元件所受最大应力的结论

摘  要:
A cleaning element is the main part of a whole stalk sugarcane harvester. Its mechanism in different installation way was studied thoroughly in this paper. The cleaning element installed in different spiral angle and rows will directly affect the cleaning leaf quality and element life. The paper analyzed the combination rigidity and maximum stress under various installation ways and we made use of the FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software ANSYS to analyze the structure forces, maximum stress, and the air resistance during the working process. The results were validated by the experiments. The results showed that when cleaning element was installed in proper spiral angle and layers, the cleaning leaf quality was improved and the idling power of cleaning machine was descent and the maximum stress acting on the cleaning element was validly decreased. These were the reliable basis to design cleaning leaf machine.
