精氨酸对断奶腹泻仔猪生长性能与腹泻的影响

摘  要：
为了研究精氨酸及其与谷氨酰胺协同对断奶腹泻仔猪生长性能与腹泻的影响,选(28±2)日龄断奶(38±2)d的体重相近的腹泻(中度或轻度)仔猪24头,设日粮精氨酸含量分别为1.1%、1.4%、1.7%和精氨酸1.4%+谷氨酰胺0.8%的处理进行试验。结果表明,1.4%精氨酸组仔猪平均日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);平均日采食量极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);料重比极显著低于其他各组(P<0.01),1.1%组显著低于1.7%组(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);腹泻指数显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);腹泻率极显著低于1.1%组和1.7%组(P<0.01),显著低于1.4%+0.8%组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);腹泻频率极显著低于1.1%组(P<0.01),显著低于1.7%组和1.4%+0.8%组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明,断奶(54±2)d以内的腹泻仔猪日粮精氨酸含量以1.4%为宜,能提高腹泻仔猪的生长性能;精氨酸1.4%+谷氨酰胺0.8%的协同作用不能改善仔猪的生长性能和腹泻程度,但可降低发病率。

摘  要：
Twenty-four(38±2) d diarrheic piglets weaned at(28±2) d of age were divided into four groups randomly and four groups were fed by dietary with 1.1% arginine,1.4%arginine,1.7% arginine and 1.4%arginine+0.8%glutamine respectively for 16 days to study effects of arginine and combination of arginie and glutamine on growth performance and diarrhea of weaned diarrheic piglets.The results showed that the mean daily gain of 1.4% arginine group was significantly higher than other three groups and there was no significant difference among other three groups,the mean daily intake of 1.4% arginine group was significantly higher than other three groups and there was no significant difference among other three groups,the feed/gain ratio of 1.4% arginine group was very significantly lower than other three groups and the feed/gain ratio of 1.1% arginine group was significantly lower than 1.7% arginine group,the diarrheic index of 1.4% arginine group was significantly lower than other three groups and there was no significant difference among other three groups,the diarrheic rate of 1.4% arginine group was very significantly lower than 1.1% arginine group and 1.7% arginine group and was significantly lower than 1.4% arbinine +0.8% glutamine group,the diarrheic frequency of 1.4% arginine group was very significantly lower than 1.1% arginine group and was significantly lower than 1.7% arginine group and 1.4% arbinine +0.8% glutamine group.Therefore,the dietary with 1.4% arginine for feeding weaning diarrheic piglets with(54±2) d age could improve their growth performance and the dietary with 1.4% arginine +0.8% glutamine for feeding weaned diarrheic piglets with(54±2) d age could not improve their growth performance and diarrheic degree but reduce disease rate.
