超高压技术提取太子参多糖的工艺研究

摘  要:
利用超高压技术提取太子参多糖。以多糖的提取率为考察指标,用分光光度法测定其含量,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L(934)正交试验得出太子参多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度55℃、保压时间6 min、超高压力350 MPa、料液比1:60(g/mL)。在该工艺条件下多糖提取率为37.56%。结果表明超高压提取太子参多糖的工艺合理、稳定、可行。

摘  要:
Extraction of polysaccharide from Radix Pseudostellariae using ultra high pressure(UHP) was studied.The extraction yield of polysaccharide was taken as investigation target and the polysaccharide content was determined by spectrophotometry.Based on the results of single factor experiments,the optimum extraction technique of polysaccharide was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test.The optimized extraction technique was as follows:UHP pressure 350 MPa,temperature 55 ℃,UHP time 6 min,solid to liquid ratio 1:60(g/mL).The extraction yield of polysaccharide was 37.56%.The results showed that UHP extraction technique is rational,stable and feasible.
