云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F_1代创新种质材料同一度分类

摘  要:
【目的】对云南湿润生态型的甘蔗细茎野生种F1代创新种质材料进行分类,为提高云南甘蔗细茎野生种F1代创新种质的利用效率提供科学依据。【方法】将集对分析理论与模糊聚类原理相结合,采用同一度分类分析方法对20个云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F1代的9个主要性状进行分类分析。【结果】20个云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F1代种质材料被分为8个类型:Ⅰ类包括1个材料,出苗中等,分蘖率低,有效茎少,细茎,低产,低锤度;Ⅱ类包括1个材料,出苗中等,分蘖率高,有效茎多,成茎率高,高产、高锤度;Ⅲ类包括8个材料,占参试材料总数的40%,出苗中等,有效茎数中等,中大茎,中等产量;Ⅳ类包括1个材料,出苗分蘖一般,大茎,高产,低锤度;Ⅴ类包括两个材料,出苗好,分蘖率中等,有效茎数多,中大茎,高产,锤度偏低;Ⅵ类包括5个材料,出苗分蘖好,有效茎数多,中小茎,高产,中等锤度;Ⅶ类包括1个材料,出苗分蘖差,有效茎数少,低产,中大茎,中等锤度;Ⅷ类包括1个材料,出苗一般,分蘖率高,大茎,成茎率不高,高产,中等锤度。【结论】云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘的F1代创新种质材料同一类型的性状表现基本一致,而不同类型间表现出极大的差异。在云南湿润生态型细茎野生种创新利用研究中,针对性筛选利用不同类型种质材料的优良性状,可降低资源利用的盲目性,从而提高甘蔗细茎野生种资源育种效率。

摘  要:
[Objective]This research classified the innovation germplasm materials of humid ecotype Saccharum spontaneum L. F1 generation in Yunnan in order to provide scientific basis for improving the efficient utilization of F1 generation innovation germplasm. [Method]By combining the theory of set pair analysis and the principle of fuzzy cluster, the identical degree analysis method was used to classify the nine main traits of 20 germplasm aceessions of humid ecotype Saccharum spontaneum L. F1 generation in Yunnan. [Result]The 20 germplasm materials of Saccharum spontaneum L. F1 generation were divided into 8 categories: category Ⅰ included one material with medium seedling rate, low tillering rate, low amounts of effective stalks, slender stalk, low yield, and low brix; category Ⅱ included one material with high seedling rate and tillering rate, high amounts of effective stalks, high stalk rate, high yield, and high brix; category Ⅲ, which accounted for 40% of the total number of materials, included 8 materials with medium seedling rate, medium amounts of effective stalks, large stalk, and medium yield; category Ⅳ included one material with normal seedling rate, large stalk, high yield, and low brix; category Ⅴ included two materials with good seedling rate, medium tillering rate, high amounts of effective stalks, medium-large stalk, high yield, and relatively low brix; category Ⅵ included 5 materials with good seedling rate, medium-small stalk, high yield, and medium brix; category Ⅶ included one material with low seedling rate, low amounts of effective stalks, low yield, medium-large stalk, and medium brix; lastly, category Ⅷ included one material of normal seedling rate, high tillering rate, large stalk, low amounts of effective stalks, high yield, and medium brix. [Conclusion]Within the same category, the characteristics of Saccharum spontaneum L. F1 generation innovation germplasm materials were basically the same, but between different categories, the characteristic differences were significant. In the study of Saccharum spontaneum L. F1 generation innovation germplasm materials, different targeted types of germplasm materials with excellent characters were screened out, which reduced the resource utilization blindness in order to improve sugarcane resource breeding efficiency.
