山茶油脂肪酸的GC-MS分析

摘  要:
以山茶油为原料,利用容量分析方法测定其酸值及皂化值。山茶油样品经氢氧化钾-甲醇法甲酯化后用GC-MS法对脂肪酸组成和相对含量进行测定。结果表明,山茶油中含有9种脂肪酸,主要为反式油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸,其中反式油酸含量最高,达79.71%。

摘  要:
In the paper,acid value and saponification value in camellia oil were determined by capacity analysis method.Fatty acid composition and relative content were analyzed after MeOH-KOH methylation by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that 9 kinds of different fatty acids were found,and the main compounds were elaidic acid,palmitic acid,stearic acid,in which the content of elaidic acid was the highest,up to 79.71%.
