康宁木霉固态发酵生产纤维素酶条件研究

摘  要:
以稻草粉与麦麸为主料,对影响康宁木霉(Trichoderma koningii)固态发酵生产纤维素酶的因素,如秸秆粉和麦麸的用量比、料水比、初始pH值、氮源及其浓度、发酵温度和时间等进行了研究。结果显示,秸秆∶麦麸比为3∶2、料水比为1∶2、初始pH值为6.0、以0.5%尿素液为氮源、36℃培养72h的产酶活力最高,CMC酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶分别比基础发酵条件下增加了44.8%和301.6%。

摘  要:
Using straw stalk and wheat bran as main substances,cellulases were producted by Trichoderma koningii with solid state fermentation. The effects of straw stalk and wheat bran ratio,water content ratio, initial pH of medium,nitrogen souce and it’s concentration,culture temperature and time on cellulases activity were studied. The results indicate that the optimum condition of producing cellulase are, straw stalk and wheat bran ratio is 3∶2, water contents ratios 1∶2, initial pH is 6.0, with 0.5% urea as nitrogen souce, cuture temperature is 36℃, cuture time is 72 h. On this condition,the activity of CMCase is 44.8% higher than that of base condition, and the activity of β-glucosidase is more than 4 times as much as that of base condition.
