青藏高原东北部3种野豌豆种子萌发特性的研究

摘  要:
本文研究了青藏高原东北部救荒野豌豆(Vicia sativa L.)、山野豌豆(V.amoena Fisch.)和三齿萼野豌豆(V.bungei Ohwi)种子萌发对不同处理的响应。结果表明:自然状态下3种野生豌豆种子的萌发率较低(0~4%);经恒温、变温、机械破皮、KNO3和浓硫酸处理后种子的萌发率显著提高,尤以机械破皮和浓硫酸处理30 min种子的萌发率最高;在20、25、30℃恒温和15/30℃变温条件下,3种野豌豆种子在25℃下萌发率达到最高,温度超过25℃时种子萌发率则逐渐下降,且15/30℃变温处理种子的萌发率介于20、30℃之间,表明25℃恒温处理是最3种野豌豆种子萌发的最适温度。

摘  要:
In this paper,the seed germination characteristics of Vicia sativa,V. amoena and V. bungei from the northeast of Qinghai-Tibetan plateau under different processing conditions were investigated. The results showed that the seed germination rates of three Vicia species were low(0-4 %) under the natural state. Their seed germination rates significantly increased after the constant temperature,variable temperature,mechanical broken skin,KNO3 and sulfuric acid treatment. Especially,when they were treated by mechanical broken skin and KNO3 for 30 min,and the seed germination rates were the highest. Meanwhile,the seed germination rate of three Vicia species reached the highest at 25 ℃ during the constant temperature of 20,25 and 30 ℃ and variable temperature of 15 /30 ℃,but when the temperature exceeded 25℃,the seed germination rate gradually decreased. Moreover,the germination rate of variable temperature treatment was situated between that of 20 and 30 ℃. It was concluded that the most suitable temperature of three Vicia seeds germination was the constant temperature treatment of 25 ℃.
